Huntsville students meet artist Mark Kulas

Artists of the Limberlost member Mark Kulas met students at St Mary's Catholic School last week to see the artwork they had created, based on his paintings.
Their teacher had seen Mark's vibrant images at the Canada Summit Centre during the recent exhibit of work by the Artists of the Limberlost Studio Tour members.  He thought it would be an interesting exercise for his students to study Mark's paintings and create their own images based on their observations.  Mark had a great time visiting with the children, seeing their art, and answering their questions.  Huntsville Forester reporter Alison Brownlee was on hand to take this photo for the local paper.
