Terri Howell is an oil painter who has lived in the Muskoka farming community of Raymond for 41 years She paints to remember “the way we were” as major development creeps northward threatening the bucolic Muskoka vistas. She paints both en plein air and in studio. People, old cottages, sinking boat houses and peaceful paddlers often creep into her paintings.
