Oxbow Community Club a safe, quiet, and co-operatively owned vacation spot ideally located between Huntsville and nearby Dwight. It spans 98 treed acres formerly known as Oxbow Lodge and surrounds a small, contained lake with no passway from other lakes, providing 700 ft of beautiful waterfront and private, sandy beach that is great for swimming and fishing. In previous tours, four artists welcomed you to the Oxbow Lodge Studio. Terri Howell exhibited her Muskoka and Algonquin Park landscape paintings and Karen Gray displayed her brightly coloured pottery and wall hangings. Bonnie Bews, with her vibrant paintings on glass, was joined by  artist Conel O’Regan who makes wood furniture.
